Treasury Shares - Transfers
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc
announces that it has been notified that on 29 May 2012 of
a transfer of 127,883 shares from Treasury to satisfy share
options under the Company's executive share incentive
plan.
Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of
9,377,075 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of
209,949,720 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury
shares.
