FIMALAC : Publication of the document in response to the document relating to the Simplified Tender Offer on the shares of Fimalac

This press release is established and published by F. Marc de Lacharrière (Fimalac) in accordance with the provisions of articles 231-27 3° and 231-28 of the general regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers (the French financial markets authority, the 'AMF').

Paris, June 20, 2017 - Pursuant to article L. 621-8 of the French code monétaire et financier and article 231-26 of its general regulation, the AMF has issued the 'visa' No. 17-288 dated June 20, 2017 on the document in response prepared by Fimalac in connection with the simplified tender offer on the shares of Fimalac initiated by Groupe Marc de Lacharrière, whose draft has been filed with the AMF on May 30, 2017 (the 'Offer'), and which could be followed, as the case may be, by a mandatory squeeze-out.

Prior to the opening of the Offer, the AMF and Euronext will each respectively issue a notice of opening and a notice announcing the terms and the timetable of the Offer.

In accordance with the provisions of article 231-28 of the AMF's general regulation, an information document relating to the characteristics, including legal, financial and accounting, of Fimalac has been filed with the AMF on June 20, 2017.
