("Grupo Fleury" or the "Company") announces, pursuant to CVM Instruction 358/02, as amended by CVM Instruction 547/14, that its Board of Directors, at the meeting held on December 16th 2015, approved the change of the Disclosure of Information and Securities Trading Policy ("Policy"), establishing that the disclosure of material facts will be carried out through Valor Econômico newspaper website (www.valor.com.br/fatosrelevantes).
The material facts will also be published on the Investor Relations website (www.fleury.com.br/ir) and through Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) system - Empresas Net.
Grupo Fleury also informs that it will update its registration and reference forms to reflect the Policy change.
