Floridienne S.A. is a holding company organized around 3 areas of activity: - production of natural products (65% of net sales; Biobest, Sotecna, Chemcom and Enzybel): pollination solutions, olfactory products and enzymes of plant origin intended for agriculture, cosmetics and health sectors; - manufacturing of gourmet food products (26.2%; Groupe française de Gastronomie, Simon and Delka): primarily escargots and truffles-based products, scallops Saint-Jacques and baked, salads and fish spreads; - production of stabilisers (8.8%; Kimflor and Snam): calcium-zinc stabilisers and stabilisers without heavy metals primarily for tubes and connectors in PVC. The group is also involved in waste recycling (batteries and galvanization residues) and acquiring shares in companies operating in the biotechnology sector. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Europe (48.1%), Americas (39.6%) and other (12.3%).
