As of February 2014 Fluxys Belgium and Dutch TSO Gasunie Transport Services (GTS) will offer through the PRISMA platform additional bundled day-ahead capacity as well as bundled monthly capacity at their cross-border interconnection points. Bundled quarterly capacity will follow in June 2014.

Day-ahead capacity - Starting 1 February 2014, when capacity for the gas day on 2 February will be auctioned, the current offer of bundled day-ahead capacity at the interconnection points Zelzate (firm ZTP to TTF and TTF to ZTP) and 's Gravenvoeren (firm TTF to ZTP) will be extended with additional bundled products:

  • Zandvliet H: firm TTF to ZTP,
  • 's Gravenvoeren: firm/backhaul capacity ZTP to TTF.

Monthly capacity - Starting with the monthly capacity auction in February 2014, GTS and Fluxys Belgium will offer bundled monthly capacity the following interconnection points:

  • Zelzate: TTF to ZTP and ZTP to TTF,
  • Zandvliet H: TTF to ZTP.
Monthly bundled products at 's Gravenvoeren will be offered from September 2014.

Quarterly capacity - As of June 2014 Fluxys Belgium and GTS will also offer bundled quarterly capacity at the same 3 interconnection points:
  • Zelzate: TTF to ZTP and ZTP to TTF,
  • 's Gravenvoeren: TTF to ZTP,
  • Zandvliet H: TTF to ZTP.

Towards full compliance with CAM Network Code - Taking these additions into account, all products for H-gas at the Belgian-Dutch Border will be progressively offered according to the Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms (CAM). The minimum of available capacity at both sides of the border will be bundled on PRISMA. Where and when relevant, GTS will auction the remaining part as unbundled standard products, while Fluxys Belgium will continue to offer and allocate its unbundled capacity as requested through its Electronic Booking System. With these developments, both TSOs will enable a smooth transition towards the new allocation rules and standard products applicable from 1 November 2015, as set out in Commission Regulation (EU) No 984/2013.
