PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) announced today that the CropLife America (CLA) Board of Directors elected Diane Allemang, FMC Agricultural Solutions director of Global Portfolio Management & Strategic Marketing and North America Business Development, as the association's 46th chair of the board for a two-year term.

Allemang was elected at CLA's recent joint Annual Meeting with RISE (Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment), marking a significant highlight in CLA's history as Allemang became its first female chair. As the head of CLA's board, Allemang will work with the organization's leadership and board to meet its strategic objectives.
