PHILADELPHIA, July 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) today announced that it will establish a European regional headquarters and research facility in Horsholm, a suburb of Copenhagen, Denmark. The new FMC European Innovation Center (EIC), expected to open in 2016, will serve as a central hub for research and development, regional corporate functions and regional commercial teams.

The new center will be located at the Scion DTU Science and Technology Park in Horsholm, approximately 25 kilometers north of Copenhagen. It will bring together employees who currently work at sites throughout Europe and the U.S., including employees in research, sales, marketing, regional management, finance, supply chain, human resources and related functions.
