Appointment of Olivier Theulle as

Director of Operations and Information Systems for Fnac Darty

Fnac Darty announces the appointment of Olivier Theulle as Director of Operations and Information Systems. This appointment strengthens the consistency of the Group's organization, ensuring the optimum integration of information systems, a cornerstone of the "Confiance+" strategic plan.

Olivier Theulle joined the group in December 2013 and has been Director of Operations for Fnac Darty since September 2017. He is a member of the Executive Committee.

This appointment will be effective from June 26. In the near future, Olivier Theulle will introduce a new organizational structure enabling the deployment of the IS roadmap in a more integrated format.

Biography of Olivier Theulle

A graduate of the prestigious ESSEC international business school, Olivier Theulle began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He went on to oversee the Lafuma Group's "Le Chameau" brand from 2006 to 2009, before joining Redcats (Kering Group) in 2010, as CEO of package delivery firm "Relais Colis", then Director of Operations for the Redcats Group. In

December 2013, he was appointed Group Director of Operations for the Fnac group and in October 2017, for Fnac Darty. As of June 26, 2018 he will become Director of Operations and Information Systems for Fnac Darty.
