Election of a new Board of Directors and appointment of a new team

Foncière Paris France (Paris:FPF):
At yesterday's Annual General Meeting, the shareholders approved the
2011 financial statements, as well as the payment of a ?6.25 per share
dividend, payable on April 30th.
During the Meeting, new Board members were elected to reflect the
company's new ownership structure. The Board now comprises
representatives of PHRV, COFITEM-COFIMUR, Foncière 6 & 7, COVEA, Allianz
and Associations Mutuelles Le Conservateur, as well as Sophie Beuvaden,
Luc Guinefort, Olivier Riché and François Thomazeau.
At the ensuing Board meeting, Mr Thomazeau was appointed Chairman of the
Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. The following four Chief
Operating Officers were also appointed: Alain Le Véel, Arnaud Pomel,
Olivier Riché and Guy de Soucy.
