Regulatory News:
On May 14th, 2012, Foncière Paris France (Paris:FPF) (Paris:
FPF - FR0010304329) signed a five year in fine syndicated loan amounting
to ?130 million arranged by BNP Paribas. This refinancing allows the
Company, on the one hand, to lengthen the average maturity of its bank
debt and, on the other hand, to pursue its investment strategy.
Effective on May 15th, 2012, a new liquidity contract has
been set up with Invest Securities (Paris) for the purpose of making a
market in Foncière Paris France shares on NYSE Euronext Paris. The
contract terms comply with the Association Française des Marchés
Financiers (AMAFI).
The following assets have been allocated to the liquidity account
managed by Invest Securities (Paris):
- 51,805 shares
- 42,731 "2010 warrants"
- ?459,478.09 in cash.
