FONCIERE 6 ET 7 PRESS RELEASE
Paris, November 6th, 2015.
In order to diversify its financing resources, Foncière de Paris issued on November 6th, 2015 two bonds for a total of €150m. The first bond of €100m lasts 8 years and carries a 3.00% interest rate per annum. The second one of €50m lasts 7 years and carries a 2.75% interest rate per annum.
These issues were realised through a private placement undertaken by BNP Paribas and Société Générale. CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre acted as legal adviser.
The bonds are listed on Euronext Paris under respectively ISIN FR0013048204 and FR0013048196.
The prospectus was filed with AMF on November 4th, 2015 under no. 15‐557 and is available free of charge on request to the Company or at its registered office as well as on its website (www.foncieredeparis.fr) and on the AMF's website (www.amf‐france.org).
