FONCIERE DES 6ème ET 7ème CHANGE IN THE ASSETS ALLOCATED TO THE LIQUIDITY CONTRACT SUBSCRIBED WITH INVEST SECURITIES

Foncière de Paris SIIC entrusted the company Invest Securities with the management of the liquidity contract. On May 19th, 2015, the assets were increased by € 1,500,000 cash.
It is reminded that the following assets were allocated to the liquidity account on December 31st,
2014:

 6,210 shares

 €924,371.56 in cash

It is reminded that the assets allocated to the liquidity contract were increased by 15,000 shares on
February 3rd, 2015, were decreased by €1,500,000 in cash on March 4th, 2015 and were increased by
€1,500,000 in cash on May 13th, 2015.
