FONCIERE 6 ET 7 : Evolution of Foncière de Paris' governance

PRESS RELEASE

Paris, January 18th, 2017.

Further to the change in control of Foncière de Paris SIIC, the Supervisory Board, held on January 18th, 2017, decided to:

• appoint Mr. Yan Perchet as member of the Executive Board as well as Managing Director;

• terminate Mr. Arnaud Pomel's mandate of member of the Executive Board and Managing Director.

The Supervisory Board warmly thanked Mr. Arnaud Pomel for his support to the Company's growth during the last twenty years.

Mr. Yan Perchet is appointed for the time reminding until the renewal of the Executive Board, i.e. until the General Shareholders' meeting to be held in 2019 to approve the financial statements of the year ending on December 31st, 2018.

It is reminded that Mr. Yan Perchet is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company Eurosic.

The Executive Board is now made of the two following members:

• Mr. François Thomazeau, Chairman of the Executive Board;

• Mr. Yan Perchet, Managing Director.

The Supervisory Board's breakdown has changed.

The new breakdown of the advisory Board is the following:

• Mrs. Sophie Beuvaden, Chairwoman;

• Mr. Charles Ruggieri, Vice‐Chairman*;

• Eurosic, represented by Mr. Nicolas Ruggieri;

• Mr. Jean‐Paul Dumont;

• Mr. Luc Guinefort;

• Mrs. Tatiana Nourissat;

• Assurances du Crédit Mutuel Vie, represented by Mrs. Pascale Bonnet;

• GMF Vie, represented by Mr. Olivier Le Borgne;

• Mr. Nicolas Darius (replacing Mr. Yan Perchet).

* Mr. Charles Ruggieri was already member of the Supervisory Board. He will replace Mr. Yan Perchet as Vice‐President.
