The employees of Foncière des Régions praise their Company Pride in working for the Company, confidence in its strategy and management, and an environment which fosters the development of skills

Foncière des Régions measured the level of involvement and commitment of its employees through the Barometer survey conducted by the Kantar TNS institute using the HiPO (High Performance Organization) model. This second edition of the survey (first in 2015) confirms Foncière des Régions' values and strong corporate culture and shows the Company as a good place to work!

The 2017 survey reveals that the commitment level of Foncière des Régions' teams is much higher than the Kantar TNS benchmark for private-sector employees in France. Among all the aspects covered, five clearly stand out: pride in working for the Company, efficient leadership, approval of the strategy, cohesion in the face of change, and the feeling of developing personal skills.

Real pride in working for the Company

The survey conducted with Foncière des Régions' employees reveals that 81% are satisfied with their jobs (+13 points over the Kantar TNS benchmark), 82% are proud of working for Foncière des Régions and gladly talk about it in their entourage (+26 pts) and 78% say they would recommend their company (+26 pts).

Moreover, 88% of those surveyed deem that there is a good atmosphere within the Company (+13 pts).

Confidence in the strategy and in management

87% of employees support and firmly believe in the strategic orientations of Foncière des Régions (+40 pts) and 74% consider that the changes and developments within the Company are well managed (+15 pts). The climate of confidence is also attributable to a working environment deemed highly positive: 91% of those surveyed state that they have confidence in Foncière des Régions' executive management (+41 pts), while 70% feel that their line manager creates an atmosphere of openness (+19 pts) and 77% appreciate the management practices aimed at improving operational efficiency (+23 pts).

Real career development prospects

Among new hires and older employees alike, 83% of those surveyed deem they can develop their skills and competencies within Foncière des Régions (+24 pts).

The survey also reveals that 84% deem that they have an acceptable level of stress (+12 pts) and that 85% have a good work-life balance (+9 pts).
