Appointments at Foncière des Régions

Foncière des Régions announces the appointment of Dominique Ozanne as Deputy CEO and Laurie Goudallier as Chief Digital Officer.

Dominique Ozanne, aged 39 and a graduate of ESTP and HEC (Master's Degree in Strategy and Finance), joined Foncière des Régions in 2003 as Special Adviser to the Chief Executive Officer. In 2005, he took part in the set-up of Foncière des Murs, Foncière des Régions subsidiary dedicated to hotel real estate. Having been at the head of this entity since 2011 - as CEO Hotels - he was instrumental in making this lucrative sector a strategic pillar for Foncière des Régions, which is now Europe's leading investor in hotel real estate, with a portfolio of €5 billion and over 55,000 rooms under management.

As the major partner of some twenty hotel chains in Europe, Foncière des Régions has the capacity to back its partners in lease or operating properties, as well as development operations. It is the world's second biggest real estate investor.

On 14 February, the Group's Board of Directors appointed Dominique Ozanne as Deputy CEO for a term of 4 years, expiring at the end of 2021. In addition to his duties as CEO Hotels, he will be joining Olivier Estève - also Deputy CEO - and CEO Christophe Kullmann at the Group's General Management.

Laurie Goudallier, aged 30, has been appointed Chief Digital Officer of Foncière des Régions and Member of its Management Committee. Having graduated from HEC in 2011, she started her career as Capital Markets Analyst (M&A) in Foncière des Régions' Corporate Development and Communications Department. She subsequently held the post of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer before being promoted Head of Administration of Finance for the France Offices division at the end 2015.

Laurie Goudallier will report to Christophe Kullmann and will manage the Group's digital transformation in Europe, aimed at fostering a client-centric organisation.
