Mr. Bertrand Julien-Laferrière leaves his position as Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Directors of the Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) met today at the request of its Chairman, Mr. Juan José Brugera Clavero.
The Board of Directors reviewed the situation of the company and noted that the right strategy is being pursued and that it should be maintained. Nevertheless, due to differences in opinion between the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer as to the company's priorities with respect to the execution of this strategy, the Board of Directors decided to remove Bertrand Julien-Laferrière from his position as Chief Executive Officer of SFL.
The Board of Directors thanks Bertrand Julien-Laferrière for the contribution he has made to the consolidation of SFL's position on its market.
Mr. Nicolas Reynaud will continue in his role as Managing Director.
