SOCIÉTÉ FONCIÈRE LYONNAISE SFL pre-leases the "Le Vaisseau"
building at Issy-les-Moulineaux to the company REVOLUTION 9Paris, 21 May, 2015
The marketing and communication group REVOLUTION 9 has signed a 6-year, fixed-term lease with SFL for the whole of the "Le Vaisseau" building (more than 6,000 sq.m.) at Issy-les-Moulineaux. The lease will take effect at the start of 2016, upon completion of the renovation works that are being undertaken following the departure of Dalkia on 31 March,
2015.
REVOLUTION 9 has chosen a building with a strong identity that will offer a very agreeable working environment and foster collaboration and creativity at the heart of the Greater Paris / Seine West media and information technology cluster.
