SFL will welcome a major international consulting company to its building at

90 Champs-Elysées

Paris, 10 February, 2014

The Société Foncière Lyonnaise announces that 6,000 sq.m. in the building at
90 Champs-Elysées, which it co-owns with Crédit Agricole Assurances, has been pre- leased to a major international consulting firm. The offices are currently undergoing renovations. The lease has been signed for a fixed term of nine years at a rent of between
€690 and €720/sq.m.
The building will be delivered and the lease will come into force in the spring of 2015, giving time for the value creation process across this real estate ensemble, which also includes the Galerie des Champs-Elysées and the flagship stores of H&M and Promod, to be completed.
This operation again illustrates SFL's capacity to provide high value-added businesses with work spaces that meet their most demanding requirements. It also enables SFL to consolidate the quality of its client portfolio, which is composed exclusively of companies that are leaders in their field.
