SOCIÉTÉ FONCIÈRE LYONNAISE SFL successfully issues a €500 million bond
Paris, 5 November 2015
SFL today successfully issued a €500 million bond with a term of 7 years, maturing on 16 November 2022, and a coupon of 2.25%.
This bond was placed with a broad base of high-quality European investors, most of which are located in France, the United Kingdom and Germany.
This new issue will be used to refinance SFL's existing debt and for general corporate purposes, while also extending the average maturity of the company's debt.
