        - Solid Sales Growth - On August 03, 2015, Ford Motor Co. reported monthly U.S.
          sales results for July 2015. Driven by strong demand for its newest products, Ford
          Motor posted its best July U.S. sales performance since 2006. Total vehicle sales for
          the month grew by 4.9% to 222,731 vehicles as compared to 212,236 units in July 2014.
          Year to date, total vehicle sales stood at 1,516,352 units in 2015, as against
          1,482,268 units in the year-ago period, reflecting a 2.3% year-over-year growth.


        
        - Sales Results for Ford Brand - Sales from Ford brand advanced 4.3% to 213,195 for
          the month, with Ford Trucks and Utilities recording a growth of 5.7% and 11.4% to
          83,095 units and 67,282 units, respectively. Ford cars, however, saw a 3.9% decline in
          sales to 62,818 units in July 2015. Among trucks, F-Series retail sales were up 4.8%
          to 66,288 units. Meanwhile, the utility vehicle, Escape, witnessed an all-time July
          sales record with 10.1% increase in sale at 29,253 vehicles. Explorer, on the other
          hand, continued the growth momentum with 27.2% increase in sale to 21,361 units. Among
          cars, Fusion's sales increased by 4.9% to 25,105 vehicles in July 2015, marking its
          best July sales performance ever. Mustang sales increased 29.2% to 8,482 cars.


        
        - Lincoln Brand's Performance in July 2015 - Lincoln brand's sales surged 21.3% to
          9,536 units - the luxury brand's best July results in a decade. During the month, the
          Company saw a huge jump by 60.0% in Lincoln MKC sale at 2,455 units, while the new
          Navigator saw a 23.8% year-on-year rise to 785 cars. The all-new Lincoln MKX delivered
          a 27.0% growth in sale to 2,519 units in July 2015.


        
        - Management's Note - Commenting on the monthly sales performance, the Company's
          Vice President, U.S. Marketing, Sales and Service, Mark LaNeve, said, "We continue
          seeing even stronger demand for our newest products, especially F-150, Explorer, Edge,
          Mustang and Transit." He added, "With continued improvement in inventory, F-Series
          retail momentum continued building in July. Customers truly value the new F-150's
          capability, performance and fuel efficiency."
