The Company's Kyzyl-leto copper project is located approximately 90 kilometers south-southeast of the city of Yining within the Yili Block of the Central Asian Orogenic belt in Xinjiang, China, which covers an exploration license area of approximately 13.05 square kilometers. The Company's Wutonggou gold project is located approximately 50 kilometers south-southeast of the regional city of Yining within the Yilio Block of the Central Asian Orogenic belt in Xinjiang, China, which covers an exploration license area of approximately 18.70 square kilometers. The Horizon Mining Group Co., Limited is a subsidiary of the Company.
