This announcement is made pursuant to rule 17.06A of the Listing Rules.

The Board announces that on 3 October 2016, the Company granted a total of 80,000,000 Options to subscribe for a total of 80,000,000 Shares to certain eligible persons under the Option Scheme, subject to acceptance by the grantee(s) and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If any grant of the Options as detailed below has not been accepted by any particular grantee or is not otherwise in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, such grant in respect of the particular grantee would not proceed or be effective for legal and regulatory purposes. The following are the details of the Options granted:

Date of grant: 3 October 2016

Exercise price of Option granted: HK$1.41 per Share

(being the highest of (a) the closing market price of the Shares on the Stock Exchange as stated in the daily quotation sheet of the Stock Exchange (the "Closing Price") on 3 October 2016, being HK$1.41 per Share (b) the average Closing Price for the period from 26 September 2016 to 30 September 2016 (both days inclusive), being HK$1.368 per Share and (c) the nominal value of a Share.)

Number of Options granted: 80,000,000 Options

Closing price of the Shares on the date of grant:

HK$1.41 per Share

Validity period of the Options: 3 October 2016 to 2 October 2019 (three (3) years), both

days inclusive

Vesting period of the Options: The Options shall be exercisable one year after the date of

grant

Consideration for the grant: HK$1.00 to be paid by each grantee upon acceptance of the Options granted

Among the 80,000,000 Options granted, 45,000,000 Options were granted to the following Directors, representing approximately 2.9% of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement. Details are as follows:

The grant of such Options has been approved by the independent non-executive Directors in accordance with Rule 17.04(1) of the Listing Rules and the Option Scheme.

Save as disclosed above, to the best of the knowledge and belief of the Directors, none of the grantees of the Options granted is a director, chief executive or substantial shareholder (as defined under the Listing Rules) of the Company, or an associate (as defined under the Listing Rules) of any of them.
