Notice of AGM and Change of Registered Office
The Company confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held on May 9, 2014 in Room 607, 6th Floor Ramon Cojuangco Building, Makati Avenue, Makati City, Philippines and by video conference link from the offices of Osborne Clarke, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB. The time of the meeting will be 6:30 pm in Manila, which will be 11:30 am in London.
Copies of the Company's 2013 Annual Report and Accounts together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting are being posted to shareholders on 11 April, and will be able to be downloaded from the Company's website shortly.
The Company announces that the Company's registered office has changed to 16 High Holborn London WC1V 6BX.
