Election of Language and Means of Receipt of Corporate Communications

Pursuant to Rules 2.07A and 2.07B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, we are writing to seek your election in relation to the following matters regarding the future corporate communications (the "Corporate Communications") of Fosun International Limited (the "Company"), which include any document(s) to be issued by the Company for the information or action of any holders of its securities, including but not limited to (a) annual report; (b) interim report; (c) notice of meeting; (d) listing document; (e) circular; and (f) proxy form.
You may choose:
(1) to read the Corporate Communications published on the Company's website at www.fosun.com(the "Website Version") in place of receiving printed copies, and receive an email notification or a printed notification letter of the publication of the Corporate Communications on the Company's website if no email address is provided; or
(2) to receive a printed English version of the Corporate Communications only; or
(3) to receive a printed Chinese version of the Corporate Communications only; or
(4) to receive both the printed English and Chinese versions of the Corporate Communications.
For the purpose of environmental protection and cost saving, we recommend you to select the Website Version. Even if you have chosen the Website Version, you have the right at any time to change your choice by sending reasonable notice in writing to the share registrar of the Company (the "Share Registrar").
Please mark a "X" in the appropriate box in the enclosed Reply Form and sign and return the same using the mailing label to the Share Registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. No need to affix a stamp if posted in Hong Kong. Otherwise, please affix an appropriate stamp.
If you choose the Website Version, a notification of the publication of the Corporate Communications on the Company's
website will be sent to you in the future.

If the Company does not receive Reply Form from you by 23 May 2014 and until you inform the Share Registrar by reasonable notice in writing or by email to fosun.ecom@computershare.com.hk, you will be deemed to have consented to receive the Website Version in place of receiving printed copies. The Company will only send you an email notification of the publication of the Corporate Communications on the Company's website, or if no such email address is provided on the Reply Form, a printed notification letter will be sent by post to you at your address as appearing in the Company's register of members maintained by the Share Registrar.

Please note that:
(a) both the printed English and Chinese versions of the Corporate Communications will be available from the
Company or the Share Registrar on request; and
(b) both the English and Chinese versions of the Corporate Communications will be available on the website of the
Company at www.fosun.comand the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at www.hkexnews.hk.
If you have any difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the Corporate Communications for any reason, the Company will promptly upon your notice in writing send the printed version of the Corporate Communications to you free of charge.
