Fosun Property accelerated global investment by finished its 2nd property acquisition in Tokyo 2014-12-19

Today, IDERA CapitalManagement Ltd. ("IDERA") under FosunProperty Holdings("Fosun Property") is pleased to announce the acquisition of a large-sizedoffice building located in ShinagawaSeaside, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, namely "Shinagawa Seaside Park Tower". IDERA will be appointed as the asset managerfor the acquired asset.

It is the second property investment for FosunProperty in this year, following "SeaFort Square Citi Group Center Building", locatedin Tennouzu Isle, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, in this August.

Shinagawa Seaside Park Tower is located in ShinagawaSeaside in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.
