FOURLIS HOLDINGS S.A., according to the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, art. 4.1.3.1, par. Ιβ, announces that the tax audit for the fiscal year 2015 has been concluded by the certified auditors according to law 4174/2013 article 65Α and an "unqualified" tax certificate has been issued for the company and its subsidiaries.
