Athens, November 23, 2017 - According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 and following the notification submitted to Frigoglass SAIC (the 'Company') on 21.11.2017 by Mr. Marc Lasry and Avenue Europe International Management GenPar, LLC, Mr. Marc Lasry is the ultimate managing member of Avenue Europe International Management GenPar, LLC and Avenue Capital Management II GenPar, LLC which in turn indirectly control in total voting rights corresponding to 11.683% shares in the Company (i.e. in total 41,524,764 voting rights attached to shares in the Company).
