Frontier Communications Corporations (NASDAQ: FTR) announced today that
Gregory H. Lundberg has been named Vice President of Investor Relations
and Assistant Treasurer. He reports to Donald R. Shassian, Executive
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
"Greg is actively involved in our operations and strategy and has a
strong understanding of the fundamentals underlying our business that
need to be communicated to our stakeholders," said Shassian. "Since
joining Frontier in 2009 as Director of Investor Relations, he has
played a critical role in enhancing our communications to our
stakeholders, and being actively involved in capital markets and other
treasury activities. I am confident that his wealth of expertise in
building and leading investor relations functions will help Frontier
continue to deliver on our commitment to provide transparency to all of
our stakeholders."
Before Frontier, Lundberg was President of Communications Equity
Research, LLC, a top-ranked independent equity research firm covering
the telecommunications, media, and technology industries. Prior to that,
he was a Vice President in Equity Research at Morgan Stanley covering
telecommunications, and also an Associate Director in Equity Research at
Bear, Stearns & Co. covering telecommunications. Earlier, he was
Assistant Vice President in the Media & Communications Finance Group at
Banque Paribas focused on senior debt lending. He began his career at
The Bank of New York as a credit analyst in U.S. Commercial Banking.
Lundberg earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Colby College and an MBA in
Finance from New York University.
