FSK YeES : FGC UES Sums Up Process Connection Activities for First Half of 2017

FGC UES (Rosseti Group) took stock of the process connection activities for the first half of 2017. The largest consumer connected was Chelyabinskaya GRES (Fortum) - third unit of the power plant is now capable to deliver an output of 247.5 MW.

In January 2017 Yekaterinburg power grid company was provided with 222.5 MW. This made it possible to continue, among other things, with connection of the municipal consumers, facilities of the World Cup 2018, residential condominiums and social infrastructure.

Additional 68 MW were delivered to 110 kV traction substations of Russian Railways in Leningrad Region, including substations of Veymarn, Elizavetino, Kotly, Luzhskaya and Vruda.

Novolipetsk metallurgic factory facilities were connected to 220 kV Severnaya substation with 100 MW output. In Vladimir Region Yandex data center process connection was completed, with 25 MW power deliveries ensured for the consumer.

In southern Russia FGC UES provided interconnection between the Unified National Power Grid and the power facilities that energize new residential quarters and military health resort in Anapa - 13 MW were delivered via 220 kV Buzhora substation.
