April 15, 2014 - Today there were certain media reports concerning the Fujitsu Group's semiconductor business. These reports are not based on any announcement made by Fujitsu.

Deliberations are being conducted in line with the February 7, 2013 announcement, "Fujitsu and Panasonic to Consolidate System LSI Businesses in New Company," but as of now, no decision has been made.

Also, regarding the Mie facility, Fujitsu has been considering various options but no specific decisions have been made at this time.
