Tokyo, March 28, 2017

Fujitsu Limited today announced its recruitment plans for fiscal 2018, on a non-consolidated basis.

In a move to strengthen its structure in order to expand its digital business and global business, Fujitsu Limited absorbed three major systems engineering subsidiaries in Japan on November 1, 2016. In addition to this absorption, further changes to strengthen the organization are continuing to be made and accordingly, in its recruitment for fiscal 2018, Fujitsu plans to hire 750 new graduates, an increase of 250 people from the previous year's plan. Because Fujitsu is prioritizing the concentration of management resources in Technology Solutions, personnel deployment is focused in fields such as software and services, which form the core of Technology Solutions. In addition, Fujitsu plans to recruit 150 mid-career personnel with high levels of specialized expertise, who can immediately be effective, an increase of 50 people over the previous year's plan.

Fujitsu will carry out fair hiring activities, in accordance with the Japan Business Federation's 'Guideline on Recruitment and Selection'.
