Further to the announcement earlier today by Future plc, a copy of the prospectus dated 7 July 2017 (the 'Prospectus') relating to the admission of 8,800,000 new Future shares has been approved by the UKListing Authority and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
