Karim Sehnaoui joins Fyber's Supervisory Board
Berlin, 5 October 2017 - Fyber N.V., a leading programmatic mobile video platform, today announces that Karim Sehnaoui has been appointed to join its Supervisory Board as a temporary member pursuant to Article 25.1 of the Company's Articles of Association. It is expected to have the appointment confirmed and made permanent by the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2018.Karim is an entrepreneur and investment professional with over 17 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and project management and has held several executive positions in investment management firms and others, including CEO and CIO positions. Karim has also helped launch several tech start-ups and is still an advisor to some.
He holds a Masters in Engineering from McGill University, in Montreal, Canada and was also a Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland.
