G4S, the world’s leading international security solutions group is pleased to announce the appointment of ex-BBC World Correspondent, Adam Mynott as Director of Media Relations

Adam’s last role was as one of the BBC’s World Affairs Correspondents. He has previously held a wide variety of roles such as Bureau Chief for East Africa, South Asia Correspondent, Sports Correspondent during two Olympic Games and two World Cups.

Adam will be responsible for developing communications programmes to help support G4S’ strategy and raise the profile of the company globally.

“After a fascinating and varied career at the BBC I found the offer to join G4S impossible to resist.” Adam said, “The company operates in many places around the world where I have worked for BBC news; it’s growing fast in developing markets where I have spent much of the past decade, and the company won the contract to secure the London Olympic and Paralympic Games next year - we are such a good fit.”
