Galliford Try, the housebuilding and construction group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ishbel Macpherson and Terry Miller as additional non-executive directors. Both appointments will formally commence with effect 1 February 2014.

Ian Coull, Chairman, commented: "I am delighted to welcome both Ishbel and Terry to Galliford Try as additional non-executives. These appointments will further strengthen our independence and the experience of the Board as well as plan for Amanda's departure.

The board looks forward to Ishbel and Terry quickly establishing themselves in their new roles, and to benefitting from their respective corporate and sector experience."

Further announcements regarding changes to board roles will be made when appropriate.
