Housebuilder of the Year Linden Homes is celebrating after
being shortlisted for five industry awards.
The company has been shortlisted in the Housebuilder Awards
2012 for Best Regeneration Project for Kingtson
Mills in Bradford-on-Avon and Best Design for Four
Storeys or More for Park Centrale in Southampton.
Alongside this, the company is also in the running for
Best Design for Three Storeys or Fewer for
Boxgrove Gardens in Guildford - the development where the
government announced its new housing strategy at the end of
last year.
Linden Homes is also hoping to take a trophy home for the
leading way in which it engages with local communities.
From planning, right through to the delivery of its quality
new homes, Linden Homes' team across the country consult
with, and listen to local people to ensure its schemes meet
local needs.
Finally, while much has been done to bolster the housing
market over recent months, it's Linden Homes' innovative
marketing campaign - Got 5 - which is also in the running
for recognition.
Earlier this year, Linden Homes launched five financial
enablers designed to help the full spectrum of new home
buyers
It meant the company became the first housebuilder to
launch a 95 per cent mortgage for people buying new houses
at its developments across the country.
'Step Up', which is exclusive to Linden Homes, offers
affordable interest rates for buyers who have saved a five
per cent deposit on houses at its developments nationwide.
