GAME Digital plc (the 'Company') announces that Dimitri Goulandris has been appointed as Senior Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Dimitri will succeed Caspar Woolley, non-executive director, as Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company and will become a member of the Company's Nomination Committee and Audit and Risk Committee. Dimitri will be subject to election at the Company's next annual general meeting, and re-election at each annual general meeting of the Company thereafter.

Dimitri is the founder of The Cycladic Group, which has invested in over 40 businesses and founded five in the U.S., Europe, India, Africa and Latin America since 2002. Before setting up The Cycladic Group, Dimitri previously spent eight years at Morgan Stanley in its private equity group, and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Masters in Electrical and Information Sciences from Cambridge University.

Dimitri is also a director of London Capital Group Holdings plc, a company listed on AIM and the NEX Exchange Growth Market. Dimitri has previously been a director of Journey Group plc, a company which was listed on AIM, and a designated member of Cycladic Capital LLP, until it was dissolved in June 2016.

There are no other disclosures required under LR 9.6.13 in respect of this appointment.
