• The Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation promotes improved energy efficiency and technological innovation in the field of energy in a way that is compatible with the environment, and has developed its First Export Programme to help SMEs take their first steps towards international expansion.
  • Through this partnership, FEDETO will receive support for its efforts to foster export and internationalisation activity by its member companies, as well as improved training for business leaders on energy efficiency issues.

The Chairman of FEDETO, Ángel Nicolás, and the Managing Director of the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation, Martí Solà, signed a partnership agreement to foster export activity by small- and medium-sized enterprises, as well as training, communication and awareness raising on energy and environmental issues.

Under this agreement, the two parties will implement a number of actions within the framework of the professional trade fairs that take place in the industrial, energy and environment sectors. These actions will help bring added value to small- and medium-sized enterprises as they seek new markets and will raise awareness about energy saving and efficiency, the streamlined use of energy and any other topic related to energy and the environment.

Among other things, the agreement provides for a number of initiatives under the First Export Programme run by the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation (aimed at helping SMEs internationalise their business) and the organisation of environmental management seminars on energy and the environment, temporary exhibitions on energy, the environment and the history of gas and electricity, the publication of research, the release of books and other documents published by the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation and the production of informative leaflets on these topics.
