• Quality, environmental management and occupational health and safety are cornerstones of the GAS NATURAL FENOSA strategy.

Today GAS NATURAL FENOSA received three AENOR certificates for Quality Management, Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety Management in Retail Business. The general director of Retail Business at the power multinational, Daniel López Jordà , accepted the certificates from the director of Certification at AENOR, Manuel Romero Alarcón.

The AENOR Quality Management certificate, based on the international ISO 9001 standard, accredits that the company meets the requirements set by the standard and has implemented a Quality Management System in the business that clearly focuses on satisfying the needs of the customers and other stakeholders as part of a framework of continuous improvement.

On the other hand, the Environmental Management certification is based on the international ISO 14001 standard and accredits that the company has established an Environmental Management System that helps prevent environmental impacts by using the means necessary to avoid, reduce or control them, and always as part of sustainable development.

Finally, the Occupational Health and Safety Management certificate is based on the international OSHAS 18001 standard and accredits that the company has implemented, maintains and continuously improves a health and safety management system designed to eliminate or minimise the occupational hazards that its staff and other stakeholders may be exposed to as part of their activity.

GAS NATURAL FENOSA holds certificates in these three areas in all its businesses and all the countries where it operates.
