The General Management of Regulated Business at GAS NATURAL FENOSA has appointedMiguel Martínas the new director of Gas Natural Castilla-La Mancha, the energy multinational's distribution affiliate in this autonomous region. He takes over fromBegoña Méndez, who has been given new duties in Gas Natural Madrid.

The goal for the new managing director is to speed up growth in natural gas distribution in Castilla-La Mancha over the coming years, by taking it to new towns and cities and extending the already existing networks. In the last decade the company has invested around 250 million euros in this autonomous region, in line with its commitment to develop the natural gas market.

Miguel Martín de Pinto, who has a degree in Industrial Psychology, started his career at GAS NATURAL FENOSA in 1992, where he has worked in areas such as HRM, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operations. In the last five years he has been in charge of company expansion in Mexico, responsible for managing the natural gas distribution networks and increasing the number of supply points in Mexico City.

Changes in the branches

The change of director at Gas Natural Castilla-La Mancha is being accompanied by the reorganisation of some of its provincial offices. From now on, the company representative in Toledo,Victoria Félix, will also be responsible for Guadalajara, andManuel Sánchez, the representative in Albacete, will also be in charge of developing the business in Cuenca.Mercedes Orozcowill continue her work in the Ciudad Real province office
