• The Gas Natural Castilla y León delegate in Leon and Zamora, Antonio Velázquez Pérez, and the president of the Provincial Association of Plumbing, Heating and Related Installation Entrepreneurs of Leon (APIFONCAL), Aurelio Fernández del Pozo, have signed a collaboration agreement to extend the distribution of Natural Gas, expand the number of customers and promote sustainable energy development in the area of Leon and its province.

With this agreement, Gas Natural Castilla y León will regularly inform APIFONCAL of the policies and technical and promotional developments regarding gas use that are adopted for the expansion of new supply points.

Both APIFONCAL and Gas Natural Castilla y León are committed to collaborating on the continuous improvement of information and sector Agent training, and are offering, during the term of the agreement, training days in which APIFONCAL members can learn about main developments and the evolution of technical and commercial issues concerning natural gas.

In signing this agreement, APIFONCAL will provide its members with information on how to collaborate with Gas Natural Castilla y León, help with the necessary administrative procedures to collaborate with the energy company and help with the process of contracting new supply points.

According to Antonio Velázquez Pérez, Gas Natural Castilla y León delegate in Leon and Zamora, it is fundamental to have a strong association of companies and professionals from the sector in Leon and, above all, to establish a collaboration agreement between both parties that allows for the continued growth and development of gas infrastructure in those municipalities where Gas Natural serves as the supplier company.
