Gas Natural SDG : Fenosa opens its first customer service centre in Fuengirola (Malaga)

• Located at 34 Avenida Nuestro Padre Jesús Cautivo, the office is the second of its kind that the company has opened in the province of Malaga.

Earlier today, the Mayor of Fuengirola, Ana María Mula, and the Head of Sales and Operations of Gas Natural Servicios in Andalusia, David Valero, officially opened the company's customer service centre in Fuengirola (Malaga). The opening ceremony was attended by key figures from business and institutions, as well as representatives from consumer associations.

This new centre, located at 34 Avenida Nuestro Padre Jesús Cautivo, reaffirms the power company's commitment to Andalusia. The company has close on 2,500 natural gas and electricity retail customers (residential and SMEs) in Fuengirola. This is the second customer service centre opened by the company in the province of Malaga, where it has over 88,100 customers.

From this office (which is open Monday to Thursday from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm and 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm, and on Fridays from 9 am to 2 pm), professionals from the company will provide domestic and commercial consumers with comprehensive information about the portfolio of services related to the supply of natural gas and electricity offered by the company.

Furthermore, advice will be provided on energy efficiency and assistance will be given to resolve contract-related queries: payment methods and administrative procedures relating to energy supply (connections, changes of address, updating contract details, subsidies, etc.).
