GAS NATURAL FENOSA reinforces its services for residential customers and SMEs in Vigo with the opening on Monday 1 August of a new office at 80 Calle López Mora, which will be open from 9 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday.

This centre, which will be managed by the partner company STEP C&A, with four service desks and one information desk, complements the company's other customer service centre in the city (20 Calle Uruguay), managed by the partner company COGESMA.

Increasing our customer service offices in Vigo is part of GAS NATURAL FENOSA's strategy of offering optimum in-person services to its natural gas and electricity customers. In the dual customer service offices, customers can deal with all the administrative tasks relating to electricity and natural gas supplies, new supply contracts, data queries and updates, modify contracts, manage complaints and get personalised advice on energy.
