The Board of Directors of Gascoyne Resources Ltd ("Gascoyne" or "the Company") advises that John Den Dryver has notified the Board of his intention to retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective today, 18 April 2018.

John has been a Director of the Company from listing in late 2009. He has been a major contributor, with his mining engineering background bringing significant development and operational experience to the Board. John had generously deferred his intended earlier retirement to provide stewardship and experience through the Dalgaranga Gold Project construction and development stage, which is now 98% complete.

John's retirement continues the realignment and rejuvenation of the Company's Board skills and composition as it manages the transition to near-term gold producton, with the recent additions of Sally-Anne Layman and Ian Kerr part of this process.

Gascoyne's Chairman Mike Joyce commented;

"On behalf of the Board I thank John very much for his significant contribution to Gascoyne Resources Ltd and wish him well in retirement. As a very experienced and highly credentialed Non-Executive, John has been an integral part of a highly successful period of transition and growth for Gascoyne, from a small exploration junior to the cusp of planned first gold production from our Dalgaranga Gold Project next month."
