Gatekeeper Systems Enters Into Marketing Services Agreement with Davis Research Corp.
Abbotsford, BC July 31, 2015 - Gatekeeper Systems Inc. ("Gatekeeper" or the "Company") (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF) announces that it has entered into a marketing services agreement (the "Agreement") with Davis Research Corp. ("Davis"), pursuant to which Davis will provide a range of services aimed at generating sales opportunities for Gatekeeper products within assigned market segments.
Pursuant to the Agreement, and the achievement of a certain milestone therein, the Company has agreed to issue, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, 250,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.15 per common share. Davis will also receive a 10% cash commission on all gross revenues generated from clients introduced by Davis as per the Agreement.
