GROUP Business Software Europa GmbH (GBS), the leading vendor of email and workflow management solutions, is now a part of BULPROS Group. With this, both companies highlight the importance of information technologies as an important driver of growth with respect to digital transformation.

Germany has been a core market for BULPROS since 2010, generating more than 70% of the company's revenue. The company has strengthened its position on the German market over the last two years.

GBS solidifies this growth strategy with its product portfolio in messaging security and collaboration, as well as the coupling of cloud, mobile and social business technologies.
