GROUP Business Software will be presenting new approaches and products related to email security and intuitive web application creation at CeBIT, hall 2, stand A30. Trade show highlights will include the cloud ready GBS AppDesigner with MS SharePoint Integration as well as the solutions iQ.Suite PDFCrypt and iQ.Suite DLP.

"d!conomy" this year's CeBIT motto gives GBS collaboration experts the perfect opportunity to present various application scenarios, showing how best to accelerate digital transformation.

"As a company, we have consistently pressed forward with developing solutions to integrate web technology, cloud and social business platforms. Now, modern collaboration systems and the use of mobile end devices for daily business make these solutions increasingly pivotal to business success," according to Constanze Zarth, COO at GBS.

At the heart of the trade show presentation are two recently developed products: iQ.Suite PDFCrypt and iQ.Suite DLP, both stemming from iQ.Suite, GBS's email management solution. iQ.Suite PDFCrypt simplifies confidential email communication by automatically encrypting outgoing texts and images in a secure PDF file. Thanks to a PDF password, sent under separate cover, there's no need for the recipient to use a decryption solution. iQ.Suite DLP focuses on preventing data leakage by integrating email communication into a comprehensive security concept. The solution, based on a double-verification principle for suspicious or confidential contents, protects from involuntary data loss. The distribution (by email) of certain information or specific data formats can be monitored and/or prevented centrally.

The new version of the GBS AppDesigner is another coup in cloud integration for the GBS collaboration experts. The AppDesigner, enabling intuitive creation of modern web applications, has been recognized several times by Experton Group as a Social Business Leader and can be accessed from either the private or public cloud, regardless of the platform. With the AppDesigner, web applications can be embedded in the Site Collections of Microsoft SharePoint. This has been possible for IBM connections to date. Now SharePoint users no longer need to leave their familiar work environments and are able to use the created applications within their collaboration platforms.

Platform independence is a priority for GBS, yet many new products also address the increasing integration of mobile enterprise. CeBIT visitors can experience mobile apps for iQ.Suite and GBS AppDesigner firsthand on smart phones and tablets at the GBS stand. "Without a doubt, our products give businesses crucial tools for an IT strategy that is future-oriented, sustainable and economically smart," adds Andreas Richter, Executive Vice President Marketing & Product Management at GBS.
