Appointments at the ENGIE General Management Committee

From 1 July, Dirk Beeuwsaert, Executive Vice-President in charge of the Energy Europe business line, Alain Chaigneau, Executive Vice-President, General Secretary, and Jean-Marie Dauger, Executive Vice-President in charge of the Global Gas & LNG business line, have left ENGIE General Management Committee.
Gérard Mestrallet, Chairman and CEO of ENGIE, warmly thanked them for their contribution for many years to
ENGIE's development.
Pierre Chareyre and Didier Holleaux joined ENGIE General Management Committee as Executive Vice- Presidents. Pierre Chareyre is replacing Jean-Marie Dauger as the head of the Global Gas & LNG business line.
Jérôme Tolot, Executive Vice-President in charge of the Energy Services business line will also be in charge of the Energy Europe business line.
Pierre Mongin, Executive Vice-President, becomes General Secretary of the Group.

- Henri Ducré, Executive Vice-President, in charge of Group Human Resources
- Judith Hartmann, Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer
- Didier Holleaux, Executive Vice-President
- Pierre Mongin, Executive Vice-President, General Secretary
- Jérôme Tolot, Executive Vice-President, in charge of the Energy Europe and Energy Services business lines
