Geberit : Change to the Geberit Board of Directors

Robert F. Spoerry has informed the Board of Directors of Geberit AG that he will not be standing for re-election at the next ordinary General Meeting on 6 April 2016. He wishes to concentrate on other duties instead. The search for a successor has been initiated.

Robert F. Spoerry has been a member of the governing body since 2009 and has brought great commitment and expertise to his roles as a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Personnel Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and as Lead Director, the latter of which he carried out during a transitional period. The Board of Directors and Group Executive Board would like to extend their thanks for his contributions and ideas towards the further development of the company.
