Presentation of the Cristallin, Garden Ouest and Vélizy Way projects, three illustrations of Gecina's know-how for high-performance, quality and responsible buildings

Designed by Zundel and Cristea, the Cristallin office building is currently being redeveloped and will offer 10,500 sq.m of space next to the Pont de Sèvres metro station in Boulogne Billancourt by the end of 2015. With its glass double-skin, the building's new facade has been designed to optimize natural lighting, while ensuring maximum insulation. The building has been thought out with a view to optimizing working conditions for employees, who will be able to enjoy 360° views
from the end of each platform, as well as a company restaurant, cafeteria and top-floor terrace with panoramic views of Paris and the surrounding hills. A "Factor 4" building, with greenhouse gas emissions to be divided by four after redevelopment, Cristallin is targeting HQE® Exceptional and LEED Platinum certification, as well as the BBC energy efficiency label for redevelopments.

Garden Ouest, part of the Pas-du-Lac business park in Montigny-le-Bretonneux, is a commercial campus project that will offer 55,000 sq.m of office space across three human-size buildings. Organized around a vast landscaped park and pedestrian walkways, this project will be launched as soon as a tenant has been identified. Entrusted to the architect Hubert Godet, this program includes plans for modern buildings with extensive services in a virtually forest-like environment. On the garden level, the future tenants will be able to
enjoy several restaurants, a concierge office, modular reception spaces, meeting rooms, and a fitness
room among other features. HQE® Exceptional certified, this project is also targeting the BiodiverCity®
label.

The Vélizy Way program will be rolling out its facades with their metal blade design at the heart of Inovel Parc, the business hub in Vélizy- Villacoublay. Work to build this 15,500 sq.m office project will be starting up as soon as Gecina has identified a tenant. In addition to direct access to Paris with the T6 tram service at the foot of the building, employees will be able to benefit from a restaurant with a large wooden terrace looking out over a water feature and vast garden area landscaped with trees. Vélizy Way is targeting HQE® Exceptional and LEED Platinum certification, as well as the BiodiverCity® label.
